Finca Zulai is a large farm (finca) located about 40 minutes from Santa Catalina near the village of Madre Vieja. The farm includes 30 hectares (approximately 75 acres) of surveyed titled land. The farm is located along the principal road from Soná to Playa Banco, and has water and electricity. From the upper hilltops are stunning views of Santa Catalina, Isla Santa Catalina, Isla Cebaco, and Isla Gobernadora.

Finca Zulai is located about 10 minutes by car from Playa Banco. Playa Banco is popular with people from Soná, and has occasional dances on summer weekends. There is great fishing in the nearby river, and off the small islands directly offshore. Playa Banco can be reached by boat in 15 minutes from Santa Catalina.
